Yondora is provided by Reflow Media for adult buyers. When entering a child’s details, you confirm that you are the child’s parent or guardian, or have permission to provide those details.

Children use the story with an adult’s help. They do not create accounts or make purchases themselves.

Keep access to the email address used for sign-in and tell us if your account details change. You are responsible for activity through your account.

Only provide details needed for the selected experience. Santa setup asks for a recipient’s name, a dialogue choice and, optionally, a short proud moment. Review and edit your draft before finalizing. Finalized details are locked; contact support for corrections. You can delete personal experience data from your account.

A purchase includes the number of distinct configurations shown in your plan. Set them up after purchase. Each finalized configuration includes unlimited replay of its existing content while purchased access is active. Replay does not generate new personalization. Deleting finalized content does not restore the used configuration. Refunds or access revocation can remove playback access.

Lemon Squeezy handles checkout and payment as merchant of record. The price and purchase details are shown before you pay. See our Refund Policy for how to request help with a purchase.

Use the service for personal enjoyment. Do not use another person’s account, interfere with access controls, disrupt the service, or submit information you are not authorized to share.

We may update or pause parts of the service for maintenance, security, or legal reasons. Some features depend on service providers and may be temporarily unavailable.
