A phone with a camera, an internet connection, and an ordinary sheet of paper. Turn the sound on, place the letter on a contrasting surface, and keep all four corners in view.
You can explore the website on desktop too. We recommend a phone for bringing the letter to life.
What makes the story personal?
After purchase, you provide your child’s name in their story setup. You can also add something they’re proud of for Santa to celebrate. Santa calls them by name, celebrates their proud moment, and Luno finds their name on the Nice List.
Does Santa read their handwritten wishes?
The magic follows the letter on screen, but the experience does not interpret its handwritten words. Santa’s story is personalized using the details you provide in the story setup.
Is the stamp printed on the paper?
The Nice List stamp appears over the letter through your phone’s screen. It is a digital part of the story; it does not change the paper itself.
Can we enjoy it again?
Yes. Each finalized story includes unlimited replay of the same content while purchased access remains active. Find it in your account when you’re ready to return.
Can I buy for more than one child?
Choose a family plan for five personalized stories. Buy first, then set up each story from your account when you’re ready. Review the details before finalizing: each story locks its personalization and includes unlimited replay. Available plans and prices appear above.
How are my child’s details handled?
Each Santa story setup contains a name, selected spoken wording, and optional proud moment. We do not ask for a date of birth. Camera images stay in your browser and are not stored or uploaded.
You can delete a story’s personal details, generated audio and history from your account. Deleting finalized content does not restore its used configuration. Read our privacy policy.
What if I need help or a refund?
Visit Support if you need a hand. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase before the personalized experience is first prepared or started. Later requests are reviewed by support case by case. Read the refund policy.
